while at del trazi Ltd, Franca advised the company on the legal implication of all its business transactions, as well as vetting all its contracts. she also served as its compliance officer, ensuring that the company were in the good books of its regulators.
As a company secretary, she also ensured strict adherence to corporate governance in the activities of the company.
